I remember Nik sending us email regarding Johari Window a year ago. It was a bouncer for me at that time, and I really didn’t have time to look into my “personality”. Now with Organizational Behaviour as a subject we would be learning about Johari Window (actually it was also there in Communication Skills and came in exam, but nobody really used it for self-improvement).
