Good is not good enough when better is required

Today was one of the most important days of my life. Today I had my interviews for Microsoft IT apex. I appeared for 2 interviews and overall they were OK. I would have liked to perform better but its not always easy to do the analysis after you have done something. Whatever has been done can not be undone. I can’t believe that I was not able to write a simple html code for login page. Unfortunate u may say. There is no fortune here; it is just that your past reflects your present. I did not study html with the passion it requires and faltered at the end. It hurts, it really hurts. It’s hard to say this, but there is very little chance I making it to the end. Sorry guys, I failed to live up to your expectations.

It was not in vain though. I still learnt a lot. The way I presented myself to the interviewers was really good. I was confident and “smiling” all the time, despite many difficult questions. And being not in MS doesn’t mean end of the world. I have lots of other options. I will apply to GS lab, Symantec. Let’s see how they turn out to be. Till then see you.

My favorite Dialogue : Vegeta's Respect

I wanted to publish this since long time, but always postponed it, waiting for the right time. Well actually it is not a dialogue, since only one person is speaking.  This dialogue is from my favorite Cartoon serial DragonballZ and is spoken by my favorite character Vegeta . Natrang

I seriously don’t remember the last time I watched a Marathi movie in a theater, so according to my memory this was the first time I saw a Marathi Movie in a theater. And where?? The center point of recent controversy, Bharatmata, whose owners have been asked by NTC to vacate the place. Well, I will discuss that point in another post. Now, let us talk about the movie. I must admit it was a pleasure to watch Natrang in Bharatmata. The theater is located in central Mumbai near Lalbaug, which was dominated by Marathi mill workers in the yesteryears. Viraj had gone to PVR Lower Parel to buy the tickets. But since it would have cost us Rs. 150 each, I felt that it was too costly and asked Viraj to watch the movie in some other theater or on some other day.
