Finally Back to Home

After 22 days I come back home!!! Last 1 month has been pretty stressful for me. Being the CR of the class isn't an easy job to do. But honestly I am not complaining, after all this is an experience in itself. I was never someone who likes speak with people often. Worst part of being a CR is that there will always be some people who are not happy with your work. And people's expectation are always increasing. As our former CR told me, it is a thankless job.
As I said I am not complaining, because I want to learn how to manage people, how to manage their expectations, how to control my emotions in stressful situation, and for that matter how to manage stress. There were times when I was really frustrated, felt alone. Yea, I did make some mistakes. I wasn't perfect, but I tried my level best. I hope people understand the same.
Anyway, post exam was not that happy-happy as well. On 21st, after my exam got over, I didn't go out for dinner with anyone, had the usual mess food. Next day, had OB viva for project report which didn't go as well as it could have. Then I wasn't in a mood to join my roomie for "Mood Indigo". Today morning when initially I woke up at 7.30, I thought I would sleep for an hour more. Next time when I opened my eyes and checked my watch (oh, by the way I finally started using the Golden watch given by Prasanna Sir after my HSC), it was 11.30!!! I still can't believe I overslept so much.
That wasn't it. It took me and my brother, almost 90 minutes to reach Andheri. While going from one platform to another, I actually slipped at one turn. Fortunately, before hitting the ground I had gained control, so the impact wasn't much. After some rough travelling, I finally reached home at 3 o'clock!!!

My favorite Dialogue : Vegeta's Respect

I wanted to publish this since long time, but always postponed it, waiting for the right time. Well actually it is not a dialogue, since only one person is speaking.  This dialogue is from my favorite Cartoon serial DragonballZ and is spoken by my favorite character Vegeta . The scene is in the climax of the serial, in one of the final episodes. To give you an idea why I like it, let me give you some idea about DragonballZ . The characters Goku and Vegeta are one of the most important characters in the series. Goku, the protagonist, who is actually an alien from a planet called Vegeta and is one of the last of his race Saiyan . But unlike the Saiyans who are naturally aggressive, fight-loving, brutal, strongest warriors in the world, he is very calm, naive. He hates to be a Saiyan, when he realizes that he belongs to such a killing race. According to his blood line and roots on planet Vegeta, he is a third grade soldier in the Saiyan Army. On the contrary, Vegeta is the Prince o...

Sawai Ekankika’ 2013

So this year I completed a hat trick of watching the finals of Sawai . Like the previous 2 occasions, this too was a great experience. Most of the plays were good and the overall performance level was better than that of the 2012 finals. Most of the plays were based social issues like parenting, cynicism among the middle class, etc. Unlike the previous finals, not a single one was of romantic/love genre. Here is the list of finalists- Nat S. M. R. T. We missed this one as we were late. But Viraj's father told us, this was similar to the play " Natasamrat " but a modern version. Emotional Atyachar This was a story of an employee in an e-CRM firm which is hired by clients so that someone can communicate with their family. These clients are too "busy" with their work that they don't have time to speak with their wife/kids/parents. The agent/employee E26 slowly starts getting emotionally attached with his clients' families. Finally, when he is about t...
