Testimonial

This is the last (I mean previous) and last (I mean final) testimonial I have written:

“Nik is one my best and closest friend. He is smart, uses his words carefully, and a great PJ master. I first came to know abt this guy in our 10th. He has always been brilliant in studies(12th being an exception). Can anyone beat this guy in PJs? I will always remember the joke he had made during Gharat sir's class on tht "ramdas" story. We have a lot in common in terms of our interests like Harry Potter, Cartoons, blogging , No GF ;) I like his way of talking. He can produce humour at will, u cnt beat this guy while talking (k may be Viky cn) I havent seen him getting angry, I would say he is as cool as a cucumber when handling any difficult situations. After Jeetu left for Pune, he was one the 4 gr8 frnds I could always rely on during my graduation years. After juggling with Bsc & Actural science, he has finally settled on to MBA. I guess this was one of the best professional degree he could hv chosen. I hope he does wonders in future life and makes me proud (and help me find a GF).”

No more testimonials after this. :P

There is feeling that I could hv written more. And really speaking there r nt any people left who would like me to write a testimonial for them ;)

Marathi Manoos

I read the following article in Mint yesterday. http://www.livemint.com/Articles/2010/02/19213129/The-Thackerays8217-primitiv.html I was shocked by the bias shown by the author against the Marathis. I completely agreed with him when he talks about Sena. Both Shivsena and MNS have done more damage to Marathis than they have helped. Their methods have been of violence and oppression. May it be Shiv Sena’s reaction to racists attacks in Australia or the MNIK controversy, common man is the one who usually suffers. But the author then checks the list of 30 companies in BSE and 50 in NSE, to prove that there are no Marathi person “owning” a company and goes on to say - “ The Mumbai Marathi, better at renaming things than building something himself”. Then he says - If we observe Marathi society we notice the total absence of mercantile castes.
